I tried being more conscious today of when i slip into dream-states and noticed that i also went into thought-trains quite often.

Breathing heavier and shifting slightly helped with dream-states while slowing my breath helped with thought-trains. Had a brief experience of breath and was struck again by how simple a sensation it is.

I found that i have become attached to the idea of reaching a jhana.

Changed leg positions once – the usual problem with a numb right leg. Towards the end, i had a strong surge of pitti. It seems that concentration has little to do with it.
